- Guarantee form with guarantor's ID and income

- Optional: credit report or Schufa

Everything is included in the flat rent. The only additional cost is the broadcasting fee (GEZ), paid directly to GEZ.

After signing the contract, keys are handed over at the apartment, along with a walkthrough.

Two months' rent, paid at key handover. It is refunded in full if there are no damages upon move-out.

Yes, friends and family are welcome. Please discuss with your roommates first.

We aim to match young people (ages 18–35) who are open-minded and compatible to create a friendly atmosphere.

6 months. Rent must be paid for the full period even if you move out early.

All our apartments are located near excellent public transit.

You receive it on move-in day.

Yes, fully furnished. Just bring kitchenware, bathroom items, and personal belongings. We offer new mattresses for a fee or provide one.

Minimum term is 48 months. Longer is better.

Mainly students, young professionals, and academics.

You still receive rent. This is contractually agreed upon.

We prefer unfurnished units to furnish them ourselves. We have our own modern furniture and appliances.

If your property is furnished, we’ll gladly inspect it and discuss next steps.

We handle maintenance and repair of any damage. We ensure our rentals stay in excellent condition.

The apartment must be returned clean and tidy. A final cleaning fee (based on size and features) covers deep cleaning of floors, upholstery, windows, curtains, and descaling of bathroom/kitchen appliances.
